Food for the Soul - Travel to Italy

The New York Open Center, a non-profit holistic learning center, announces a September tour to Italy, Food for the Soul-Travel to Italy. Tour participants will stay in villa that's part of an organic farm near Viterbo, a beautiful area in the northern Lazio (see northern Lazio map) near Tuscany. The week includes cooking classes with two chefs, visits to open-air markets, herbal classes, and Italian conversation. Excursions include visits to medieval towns, Etruscan ruins, and waterfalls.

There's a discount for booking before July 10. Since the cost is in US dollars, you won't have to worry about the exchange rate.
