Tuscany Bike Tour Recommendation

Leigh Anne Farrell, who previously recommended an Amalfi Coast villa rental, wrote to recommend a bike tour she took in Tuscany when she was traveling with a friend who is an avid biker.

We went biking in Toscano ( I only went one day) with Marco Vignoli of IBikeTuscany.com. He was once on the Italian Racing Team, and just a great guy. I recommend his services highly. He provides everything and gives you a wonderful experience. It was a splendid way to see Toscano.

A bicycle tour is a great way to experience the Italian countryside. Another Tuscany biking company, Tuscany Bike Tours, picks up guests in Florence and takes them to Poppiano Castle for a visit to the castle with wine-tasting, cycling through beautiful scenery in the Florentine hills, and a stop for lunch in a local restaurant.
