Mosaics Workshops In Venice, Italy
Orsoni offers a 1 or 2 week Master in Mosaics course, Living the Venice Workshop. History, Theory and Application of Mosaic Art . There's also a 3-day workshop and thematic workshops are offered throughout the year.
Students stay at the nearby Domus Bed and Breakfast. On weeks when there are no classes, the bed and breakfast is open to the public. I'll be staying there myself in October and visiting the mosaics foundry. It's conveniently located in the Cannaregio sestiere (district). Lucio Orsoni had the life long dream “to spread the divine art of mosaics” and so it has been my great honor to be involved with the school that he has created at the foundry in Venice.
