Plan Ahead for Venice Carnival

Venice is one of the top spots in Italy for carnevale, carnival celebrations. If you're going to Venice during Carnevale, you'll need to make reservations well in advance. 2009 carnevale date is February 24 but festivities begin at least two weeks before.
