Perugia Named as World's Sexiest City

Perugia has been named the World's Sexiest City by one of National Geographic Traveler magazine's photographers, according to about.com's Honeymoons and Romantic Travel.

Perugia, in the central Italy region of Umbria is one of my favorite Italian hill towns. I spent a summer there studying Italian at the Universita per Stranieri.

Perugia is a lively modern town steeped in history. Perugia is home to the famous Baci chocolates, the Eurochocolate festival, and even a chocolate hotel - Etruscan Chochotel (book direct). There's also a world famous International Jazz festival in Perugia each July.
