Staying in a Masseria in Puglia

A masseria, or fortified farm house, is a good place to stay on a vacation in the southern Italy region of Puglia. Masseria lodging, in renovated farm houses often surrounded by olive groves or vineyards, ranges from rustic to luxurious and each masseria is unique as I discovered last week on a trip with Puglia Center.
