venice bridge photoVenice's Bridge of Sighs, one of the city's most famous sights, can once again be seen by visitors, according to this report. The bridge has been covered for three years while undergoing restoration. Part of the Doge's Palace, the bridge linked the palace to the prisons. For an inside look at the bridge and secret passages, consider the Secret Itineraries tour. A good way to get a close look at the outside is by taking a gondola ride.
