Torre Barolo, although not actually in a castle, is a self-catering apartment for two in a medieval tower overlooking the castle of Barolo (photo shows the view from the rooftop terrace). I've stayed here and found it a good apartment with kitchen although as it's in a tower, there are lots of steps. Best in nice weather so you can use the magnificent private rooftop terrace, towering above the town of Barolo.
