My Hotel and Lodging Recommendations - Places I Have Stayed

Rome has a huge number of hotels, bed and breakfast inns, and other accommodations. These hotel recommendations are based on personal experience, I have stayed there myself, except where indicated as recommended by friends.

Bella Baita bed and breakfast is located in a peaceful mountain setting in the Val Chisone west of Turin, off the beaten tourist path. The friendly owners will help you get the most out of your alpine vacation in Piedmont.

The Hotel Adler Cavalieri in Florence is a comfortable, attractively decorated, 4-star hotel near the train and bus stations. Prices are especially good in the off-season.
