Gulf of the Poets Picture: San Terenzo

San Terenzo was where Shelley and Byron where staying when Shelley had his boating accident. It's now a favorite beach of Italian beachgoers. You can park your car in the large parking lot in Lerici to access San Terenzo. When you reach the water from the parking lot, the tourist information kiosk will be on your right. Visit it for maps and information, then continue on to your right for San Terenzo, or go left for Lerici. Lerici is larger and has more to do, but San Terenzo has the better beach.
