The first two episodes of Into the Heart of Italy take place in the region of Tuscany. In the first episode Rocco DiSpirito, Marisa Tomei and Dan Cortese explore Lucca visiting a cheese shop and wine cellar and making pasta with Chef Vito Cipolla and his Mama at Antica Locanda Dell’Angelo. During the second episode, Secrets of the Fungaioli, the celebrities forage for mushrooms with a mushroom hunters in the forest of Pistoia, Tuscany.
