Farm House Alla Madonna del Piatto is a bed and breakfast in Pieve San Nicolo', near Assisi. The farm house has six rooms with private bath and views of the Assisi basilica and Umbrian countryside. Homemade food using local products is served and Letizia, the owner, also gives cooking classes.

La Collina dei Treni is in Valtopina, between the Subasio Park and the Colfiorito Park, in the eastern part of Umbria. The farm house has flats with kitchens, one of which is equipped for disabled guests.
Nonna Rana is a farm house with six self-catering apartments near Assisi. There's a swimming pool, children's play area, and garden with barbecue. Each apartment has furniture made by local craftsment and is different from the others. Dial-up internet access is available.
Campara Farm House is near Citta di Castello, in northwestern Umbria near the border of Tuscany. Castello di Petroia Relais Farm Home is outside Gubbio in the northern part of Umbria. It's set in a medieval stronghold on a hilltop overlooking the Umbrian countryside. Rooms have antique furnishings and paintings and high speed internet is available. There's a park, swimming pool, restaurant, bar, and public rooms.
Il Borghetto is a 17th century farm house near Trevi that's been renovated to make guest rooms, keeping many of the original features such as arches and wood beams. There's a restaurant and garden.
Ai Lecci is on a hill in Ramazzano-Le Pulci, in central Umbria near Perugia. The farm has three 19th century stone buildings with ten apartments, each with a kitchenette. In high-season a breakfast buffet is served in the former stable and guests can use the outdoor swimming pool.
